Over the past three semesters I have been learning and developing as a mechanical engineering student at Colorado State University. This semester has been especially impactful in working towards becoming a competent engineer, and a huge part of that has been understanding and gaining hands on experience with the designing, modeling, and manufacturing process.
I have completed several manufacturing projects in my engineering course this year as well as some design and prototyping work. This has been really rewarding and helped me gain a much more well rounded scope of what engineering requires, and how to take your ideas and effectively bring them into real world applications.

I’ve also been working on the Ram Racing Formula car and developing the sidepod. In unison with my engineering course work this has pushed my capacity to research, design, an iterate upon my work. My solid works knowledge from 210 has helped me with modeling, and my manufacturing knowledge from 200A and B has helped me be considerate of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturing.
